The Cement Masons Southern California Health and Welfare fund is designed to help provide health coverage for eligible participants and their families. Benefits for the Cement Masons Southern California Health and Welfare Fund are financed through Employer contributions that are specifically designated to provide health benefits for active Employees. There is no vested right to receive Plan benefits.
